will someone of the profile picture mods please respond?

i put up 'a' picture again..of me...no nudity...and yet it is declined..
yet i find many such same pictures are up in everyone else's profiles???
what's going on?
ya playing favorites or what here? i see a lot of pro dommes with bare breasts and subbie girls doing same yet I cant show mine..in a bra??????? there was no face exposed...

what's up with this?
