So I've had a couple of submissives who have greatly enjoyed this and are somehow ashamed of it. Is it common? What is the allure? Why would ladies who admit to liking all kinds of other freaky stuff be embarrassed to admit this?

It is all too bloody common at least in My experience of the girls I have Owned. Something catches their eye, they get THAT look on their face and You just know you have a spot or a blackhead. Even a girl who felt self consious and hesitant about 'begging' for other things.... she had NO problem at all in begging to be allowed to squeeze them the rare time I get one! And My current girl is NO exception! Guess it is a primative grooming instinctual thing?

Yep, my girl's nuts for 'em too. I practically have to make it a canable offense to get her to stop! I actually asked her if she'd posted the thread when I saw it go thru on the "As the collar turns" thingy...

some people find it relaxing, me I'd tell any one who wanted to pick and squeeze at my stuff to keep their bloody hands to themselves or I will make them.

oh my god shuddershudder I can point ewwwwwwwww what's that on ya face..but TOUCHING IT??? That's too icky for me, blood I can handle.wounds..scars.. no problemo I can take care of that for ya but no other bodily....bumps or..scabs or...shudder

I agree with LadyH. If there's one on my back and I can't get it, I'll be asking him to take care of it, and vice versa. If I see one on him I'm more than willing to go after it. I dislike blemishes on my beautiful pet.

Ooooooh my secret pleasure, blackheads, zits, anywhere and everywhere. Hubby and the kids run screaming if I spot one and they are off limits (sigh). But my pet gives up in bondage to a long grooming session. I also like peeling skin and scabs on occasion. I have a fascination for it, dunno why. Lucy

It is personal grooming, and most submissive people enjoy grooming the dominant person in their life. Are they ashamed of washing your feet? Shaving you? Other personal grooming things? Put it in that context and they will likely realize that part of it. There are also some people that are OCD about blemishes, so that may contribute.

guilty of doing that. i hate looking at pimples on someones face or anywhere for that matter. and i totally love peeling off sunburn skin.

LOL oh my.. I cannot even contemplate this. I don't get them and most the men I know have very smooth skin as well. It is hard to imagine this as a compulsion. I have plenty of others which I have learned are freakish. Fortunately I learned those things when I was young enough to hide my desire to indulge. (still keeping silent) LOL Kyst

When i first met my Sir, he rather hesitantly asked me to do this very thing. He loves to have someone (read sub) mess with him, and finds it very relaxing. Only man i know that can be snoring one minute and asking me why i have stopped the next![:D] He had had to make his previous subs do it - but i am equally as sick - i love to squeeze blackheads. Its something about an instant cure - same reason i loved to help with draining abscesses in the er. You get in there, do your stuff and its all better.

This whole thing made me laugh. I have the grooming instinct BIG TIME. If I see someone with a big blackhead I have a hard time looking away; it's as if my attention is riveted to it. I am more likely to ask someone to close their eyes as I wipe away a piece of lint from their eyelashes or brush away stray hairs. It's so bad that I've discreetly removed strings from stranger's clothing while standing in the security line at the airport. Before important meetings I would circle the room straightening the men's ties or brushing dandruff off their shoulders. I even brushed rain from a customer's suit jacket one time before it could soak in while everyone just stared at me with their mouths dropped open. (He was so impressed with the personal care that he placed a large order with us - LOL.) Stray hairs sprouting from places they shouldn't also get to me. A long one coming out of the ear or between the eyebrows gets my immediate attention.

I cannot stand the sight of any blackheads and blemishes whatsoever. I finally got my teenage um to cleanse her face to get rid of the breakout she was experiencing. I cannot stand hair on men's ears either. When I see my um, her daddy ask me to groom him up a bit. BEst way to avoid having blackheads, especially on the back...loofah scrubber brushs! Lather up and scrub away. BE sure to do it gently in case you had a play session the night before because of the "love blemishes".

i'm a big groomer LOL...Once on my way into a court house, i saw a nice looking man, in a very nice dark suit, It had (of course) a piece of lint on the shoulder LOL So i approched him and said, "Excuse me, but a suit this nice shouldn't have this, (and i picked it off) piece of lint on it." ...i smiled and said, "And now you look perfect." He genuinely thanked me, and i went on about my way.... It turns out he was the lawyer of the company that was suing me LMAO.
