God, I'm so hungry, lately! I'm saying, 'a thread about food? Oh...." For me, it has to be a really good sausage, rather than a hot dog. Grilled, ideally. Onions, fried till they're brown, Beaver brand garlic mustard, horseradish, garlic sourdough bun - but not too bready, on the bun. But now that someone's mentioned burgers...a char-grilled patty of ground lamb that's blood rare, on the inside, seasoned with chopped garlic and a lot of salt, possibly fennel seed, maybe or maybe not melted cheese, feta or provolone...then see the above, for condiments and type of bun. But can we talk southern cooking...barbecue ribs so tender they fall apart, a sauce that's spicy and not too sweet, greens, and homemade cornbread? Oh, and maybe a good creme soda or cherry creme soda. KMsAngel, what is a lamb chump chop?
