I'm using Safari for Windows and every time I make a post it crashes the browser (the post gets made, but I have to restart Safari).

Are other people getting this? Any way to fix it?

Just download Firefox. Be sure you also have Java.

I used Firefox for years but, this issue aside, Safari is a far superior browser.

Out of curiousity, what do you like about Safari vs Firefox?

using safari for windows, I find it renders pages quicker, isn't as heavy on the CPU, the interface looks much cleaner and more intuitive, the preferences are less cluttered, having "top sites" an out-of-the-box feature instead of an addon is a bonus and it tends to load embedded content better.

Aside from that, Firefox is great.

I use Opera.

sounds like you have a 'conflict' - not surprising with windows. go to the Apple site and look for info on your problems under Support.
