I attended a class on humilation play (mostly involving splooshing, actually) that included audience-participation watersports. I'm not into that, so wasn't one of the people who did so. The men whipped it out and peed on her, but the ladies took cups with them to the restroom, came back, and dumped it on the lady who was the demo slave. I suppose that something like that could work to start (pouring it on the person, or making them drink it), then try having them turn their back while she pees, etc. to gradually get used to it while still doing pee play. Not my thing, so I can't promise it'll work, of course!
