<<<World of Warcraft
A former Dom forcefully addicted me to it... and I have never completely kicked the habit.
Always fun to play with people, but I don't know if your Dom lets you play mmorpgs?
There is no way to control your interaction with god knows how many males on them.

Also if you like board games at all- I play scrabble on irc/web biz as kinbaku.

Rainfire -> RE: Any subby/gamers here? (6/11/2009 7:12:47 AM)

There's also the fact that on some of the MMORPGS, there are specific BDSM related areas. Daddy used to play a lot of online games and did programming on MUDs. He also used to go on the "talkers" where there were game areas. This is one reason why I don't go on most MMORPGS, though a few have tempted me. Not to mention the fact that I get seriously pissed off at some of the crap pulled, like running and starting fights without thinking about your party members. Oooooo, and there's the little fact that I don't call anyone "Master" except my real-live Master/Daddy/Husband. Just because someone gets a bee in his bonnet that because he's male and I'm a female, does NOT mean that I'm automatically his... [:)]

As I said I play anything anywhere anytime, I think Sir is getting an Xbox for himself today so after he's gotten on and acclaimated then he'll tell me who I can and can't play with..aside from the people already on my list.

And Rockband is nice and safe, would love to play with a few of you. Of course you have to agree to keep my identity a secret...;)

MMagic -> RE: Any subby/gamers here? (6/12/2009 4:29:12 PM)

Oh! I do play some PC games but I'm not a fan of WoW. WoW is too "lite" for me so I couldn't get into it. Any City of heroes peeps out there? OR Eve? I think I still have accounts for those.  Or even a good go round on pogo.com would be fun.  BDSM Monopoly anyone? lol

D&D became a hard limit when my ex- and I broke up.
I enjoy (Though haven't played in about 2 years) Battletech.
Oh, and back before they cheezed the game by dumbing it down for kids, I played living room to tournament level Magic.

Pen and Paper/Table top RPG's here, or text based on message boards (used to be chat rooms).

I'm also in the RPG industry as both a writer and company owner.

silvermuse, I love you and everyone of your ilk :)

Kinda wish I could be one of y'all [:D]

silvermuse -> RE: Any subby/gamers here? (6/13/2009 9:39:21 PM)

Thanks aravain,

I stumbled into the industry about 4 years ago and then dived headfirst into it 3 years ago after a friend offered Master and I the chance to become a part of the company. I've only become more active in the RPG side of things in the past 12 months. But, I love it.

I currently work with one of the minds behind the original Star Wars D6 game and I'm forever grateful for the chance he's given me. Besides, it's a lot of fun sitting on the business side of the booth at Gen Con (which won't happen again for us until next year) *heh*.

Was about to post on here to see if there are any gamers in central NY when I saw this string.

Not real bit on computer games or RPGs, but I have a huge collection of board games.  Lots of the old Avalon Hill games, from the decades before Hasbro bought and gutted the company.  Some lighter stuff including Chaos Marauders and 2nd edition Talisman with all the best expansion kits.  Right now I'm introducing my Mistress to the Pirates CSG game.

Since I moved to cental NY last fall this was the only year I wasn't at the Con of the North gaming convention.  The previous five year I was running a game I called LegoQuest.  A simple adventure game where each player controls an army of ten Lego knights on a terrain built completely of Legos.

<pouting because most of my toys and games are still in storage in MN>

Sybilla -> RE: Any subby/gamers here? (6/17/2009 1:02:53 AM)

Some years ago there was an online text game called (I think) "The Threshold" and it was part of Tiny URL.  The storyline was of ghosts and the living, BDSM and a Victorian mansion.  Most of the participants were good writers and very creative - I never did have the nerve to actively participate, but I used to read regularly.  Eventually it was taken down.

Does anyone else remember this game and/or know of something similar and currently available?

I left that addiction alone a long time ago.

subtlebutterfly -> RE: Any subby/gamers here? (6/20/2009 11:46:30 AM)

I was one...in a way 'till I reached 17 or so then I completely lost interest in it. Wii is another thing though..it's fun but I only use it like twice every 6 months or less. Don't have any other consoles and pc games, to me they're boring besides I like the Thief series and those kind of stealth games, however I play it like..max 30 mins n then my gaming quota for the day has been reached.
