Good news for all who are rallying for equality. By the sounds of it, N.H. is doing it in a way which isn't riling up the religious community nor forcing them to go against their spiritual beliefs!

Third World peeps take their religion real serious. Like the Anglican communion it is the 3rd World primates from Africa and Asia and Latin America that want the Episcopals OUT of the Communion and aren't at all happy with the Canterbury guy at all. Not to mention many of the Buddhists, especially Tibetan think it is an abomination. Islam of course is very friendly to gay marriage. In other words as America changes I would not look for these advances to remain. Let me give you an example. I was on a biz trip to a Rocky Mtn state some years ago and it was the state's capital's 1st gay pride march. So at this biz meeting were these guys from Sudan, they towered over the rest of us and they wore these immaculate white getups with turbans or whatever it was. So we were looking from the business' window down to the main street below and they asked what the parade was about, first they didn't know that "gay" meant anything other than "merry" so by the time they got the idea they turned to us and I have never forgot the look on their face nor the beauty, to me, of their accents, they said pointing down to the marchers: YOU MUST KILL THEM! ALL OF THEM! Let me tell you it was one big CREEP OUT, these guys scared the crap out of me and I'm straight. These were government people doing biz not some nut out of a cave.

I get it now - those living in Darfur are all gay! Unless of course the Sudanese government simply likes killing anyone thats different - as valid a reason for murder as it has been since 1933. E
