OMG I am on the floor----the Airlines are selling things on ebay that were confiscated---CONFISCATED at check-in--

Fuzzy handcuffs
Tiger handcuffs
Spiked dog collar
Plain handcuffs
2 foot machetti

I just saw the same CBS report. Looks like it answers the old "can you take bondage gear in carry-on?" question.
