Ok-   the transferred $105 to my account.   (a seller never sent an order to me-ebay)

they say they sent it- it is out of their hands.  my credit union never received it- and it is on paypal.

any ideas?

to add to all this- another transaction, $210 - was never sent- so I filed a dispute- and now I "won" it-. supposedly they transferred the money.
On that one- it hasnt been 5 days yet.

How do I fix the mess?

I don't understand.  Are you saying you made ebay purchases, paid via Paypal, yet the seller didn't receive the funds?

Edited because I screwed up my question at first.

Fix the mess by fixing your post. Dude, that makes NO sense at all. :-p
I know PayPal in and out (as well as eBay... same company now grrr but that's another story). I'll help if I can.

I've had the same problem with PayPal refunds in the past, and if i recall correctly the issue was they needed to wait for the funds to clear before fully crediting my account. If you call the PayPal help center, they'll be able to explain it. Don't e-mail them, by the time you get a straight answer the money will already be sorted out. Call them directly, and you'll have your answer in 5 minutes. Good luck, man.

Yeah but from May 18 to June 3 is way longer than it takes for a payment to clear.   I would call them directly, PAHunkboy.  I've dealt with their customer service in the past and they are very polite and very helpful.

From just buying, I have noticed that when paypal takes the funds, they hold it for a bit sometimes before actually deposting in a primary account.
Your dates do sound excessive.

Have you contacted the seller to make sure there is no hold on his part perhaps.

I dont use paypal often, prefer those that take my MC without going through the paypal hassle.

hey all~!~

My CU called- they found the $105.  yay.  :-)

So now we shall see on the 210.     I don't think the bad sellers meant to do fraud.  I think they had unforeseen events that had them scrambling to move or what have you,.
