Damn....now I've got the blues cuz I will surely miss her blues.....she was awesome! and definitely deserved the title Queen of the Blues

ETA: Here is what most blues lovers consider to be her Signature Song this is one of the best versions and it features her with Willie Dixon. They will surely be Pitching a Wang Dang Doodle and rocking the pearly gates. RIP Koko

i saw her perform plenty of times during Chicago's Blues Fests and private shows ...even had the extreme pleasure of meeting her backstage at her last performance.

wonderful performer ...very classy lady

all of Chicago will miss her

Wow...i am planning a trip to Chicago Labor Day weekend, and was hoping to see her at the Jazz festival. At least she got to live her dream right up to the end. What a blessed life.
