i agree with chamberqueen...i know i am not a pain slut, i think trying to push your body and mind to the point of enduring more pain is not healthy or sound. it would seem to me folks like this have an empty hole that could never be satisfied by another human being, so discovering why you feel the need for this and determining the extent it could have on your life would be best.
good luck..please be safe sane and consensual! as to not live up to the close mindedness of the vanilla, world that we are all damaged!

Pain makes my pussy wet!!!!

My former sub would be soaked and at times I would get hard as stone. With others there is nothing sexual at all... much like a job you enjoy.

Must say no prior employment has made me wet before

Perhaps employment on an Alaskan Crab Boat would ensure you got wet....

I think you will find that the people involved in  (fill in whatever it is you call this lifestyle at the moment)  feel two ways about meanings, definitions and descriptions of what is what.

1) Its whatever you want it to be or mean and a lot of the stuff is interchangeable because you know it is when you see it/feel it/watch it/do it. Just have fun at your own comfort level and enjoy the trip and you will soon figure it all out to your own level.

or

2) It has absolutely specific meanings and definitions. You must know the differences and nuisances to understand and truly experience (_____). Those who do not, ruin the experience for all involved and mark themselves as posers/fake/players/wannabes.

The second group feel like they are in a battle for the souls of newbies/tng's/the curious et al., while the first group, really don't care and just want those who are exploring to have fun and to be safe.

I'm in the first group. I pretty much think that both terms can be interchangeable if you want them to be and you don't need to get hung up on meanings to enjoy.

To me, every pain slut is a masochist while every masochist is not a pain slut. It just is degrees and what you feel you want or are.

I have always seen ps as more a "humiliating” term than maso.

Enjoy your wonder-filled day

I agree with the post of "why put a label on it"? Ive battled in the same sense. Of why, what am I, is something wrong?? Well, No, its just who I am. Last time I posted about it, I got many people telling me I needed theorpy to get through some childhood issues that may have gotten to me where I am today, which is LOVING extreme pain. What it comes down to, is I am what I am. I like what I like, even though some may not agree with it. And Im ok with it - Im actually better than ok with it!
Hell, Im having a blast esp. since Ive found someone who can deliver the pain just how I like it :)
So I guess what Im saying is, dont stress so much on trying to figure out, or wish you were diff., enjoy what you are :)
