3/8" round, 3' long pvc pipe. Load up with a toothpick and blow. Length, of course, is adjustable, but the 3' seems perfect to me. Gives a nice distance and the pvc is very light. I'm sure you'll all find something to practice on to make sure your aim is accurate. ;) Himself is using my backside, but I suppose a target painted on a pillow would work though wouldn't be nearly as much fun. Total cost - $3.80 - includes 250 toothpick shots. ::chuckles:: This is perfect for a beginner who's not into pain because it just doesn't hurt and we're laughing a lot with it. BB's had a bit more impact, but the cost also goes up although you can use them over and over again. We're going to try the 21 gauge needles when Himself gets his aim down. Celeste ::edited to add:: Do try to NOT swallow the bb's or the toothpicks. lol

LMAO... ok I got ask... WTF>????? Bitatruble..... I sometimes got no idea what some talk about on here. So this time.. I'm gonna ask... can you please go into detail as to what this is... and why? (You know my movie starts this weekend.. but instead of it being Curious george.. it's Curious jessica... LOL)

Bitafun, that sounds like a hoot. Im going to get one sarvo. Its nice to see others enjoy a lighter side to their relationships. Anything that makes us laugh is a good thing in my book. thanks little1

After we found out how well the toothpicks worked, we tried some other small objects and found the BB's worked great as well. The PVC pipe is really cheap. 5' cost less than 3 dollars. So, cheapie pervertable toy to add to the collection. :) As to why.. all I can say is.. why not! lol Celeste

Now your cooking with gass lass. I've been having fun with blowguns for donkies years. You can experiment with feathers attached as flights and weighting in making some really great darts which will improve accuracy and distance (a good set of lungs helps of course). My targets have usually been wooden days or a normal kid's dart board. One of my friends uses a blowpipe and 23ga syringe needles with feathers attached as part of her needle play. It does look impressive to see a human target. I have made a nifty little blowpipe from the barrel of a biro.

McDonalds straw works even better. (handfull is free) in grade school we used to shoot people with rubberbands.... (hangs head in hands)

Anybody who develops a passion for blowguns and who alreadt enjoy hunting, may enjoy using blowguns for hunting... You'll have to find out what substances you can safely and legally use in your location. It's silent and lethal for the game as is a bow.

When I was kid my brother shot me in my calf with a blow gun dart--not fun, but boy did he get in trouble. [:D]
