Well, having absolutely no idea what goes on there or what limitations there may be, I have always liked the idea of being a "ball shelf" - using my mouth to simply allow him a soft place to rest while he does other things (like working at a desk.) Basically the rules of the girls are up to negotiation, if they don't want to be finger fucked they can say so and that's respected.
