Despite claims in the MSM that the Bush Administration picked only the opinions that the 13 EITs were legal (Yoo, Bybee and Bradbury) and ignored the ones that said they weren't, newly disclosed emails show that there were no opinions that any of the techniques were clearly illegal. Even lawyers who felt they were "abhorrent", "awful", "wrong" and "would look bad" opined they were legal. So, Nancy, do you want to indict the entire DoJ senior staff?
