Status: offline 		I have to go under the knife due to diverticulosis.
They'll be removing parts of my large intestine. They told me that I'll have to wear a colostomy bag for a few weeks.
Gee, this is going to be fun.

I wish you all the best. I have had a colostomy, which included the removal of all of my large intesting and various other bits, since 1997. If you want any help or advice just pm me.

Try a liquid (beer, whiskey, etc.) diet during the recovery period.....and for gods sake....do NOT look in the bag...
