Heigh ho, signing on board to say hello. I'm on my own journey back to ideal health and fitness, getting back into the personal trainer industry after years at a more sedentary job, and whipping myself (and other people) into better shape. Yay me. Anyhow, I decided that I didn't much want to work with snotty young'uns and bored housewives at a public gym any more, and I do like kink a lot, so I'm only taking lifestyle clients who consent to my particular style of discipline when it comes to fitness and nutrition coaching.

I have no idea whether or not you could call me a pro domme, but I don't much mind if you do since there's definitely some kink involved in the (real and legitimate) personal trainer services. Works for me, and if it works for other folks and helps them stay motivated to eat right and exercise, it's a win-win situation all around. Plus it's a hell of a lot of fun. Diet and exercise plans can be a whole lot easier to stick to when motivated by strict domination, kinky rewards and punishments. It's also fun to work with couples, where the dominant is the one actually administering the punishments and rewards to shape their submissive. This is definitely my kink.

I suspect that if more weight training programs were this much fun, we'd have LOTS more people in shape!

D'you think it would catch on in Gold's Gym to have personal trainers dressed in leather chasing people on the treadmills?

Grin...it would be sooo much more fun than a bored, not-really-motivated trainer who is pretending to care (gee--do I sound like I've been there before???)

PS--glad to see you are also a sci-fi afficionado--we can ALWAYS use a few more of us here at CM.
