Have you tried typing "cbt techniques" into the search feature found in the upper right corner of the page? Quite a few entries should pop up.

Oooooooooooooooooooooh where do i start?

Pegs (i like to cane them off)

Where does one find nettles..?

Have seen videos of ther effects, but where does one find them in a big city.?

I f you can copy a pic from the net and take it with you you can find nettles where it is dry near old buildings..down back alleys..or in lots where things have been left to grow..Right now they should be about 2 ft high and soon will have the stinging fluffy hanging things..
IF you have any trails in your city look for nettles whre there is poor soil and dry area in open not shady areas ..THey are often close up to building because that is where the seeds landed and anchored
ALSO
a health store or herbalist may know where a patch is in the city..

DON"T mistake THISTLE for NETTLE or you will have porcupine balls and cock
and have to pull spikes out

What each man can handle varies tremendously. Understanding the underlying anatomy would be wise as well since you definitely don't want to break your toy. You might want to read Hardy Haberman's "Family Jewels", Second Edition (or "More Family Jewels", not sure which) where you'll get the anatomy and a number of good ideas as well.

You can do stretching of the scrotum with cotton clothesline (wash it first with softener) doing progressive wraps. You can hang weights from the scrotum (usually attached to a parachute or the rope bondage above). Heavy fishing sinkers are inexpensive alternatives to use compared to what you buy at the adult stores. Slapping them with the hand, a wooden spoon, spatula or hairbrush. Ditto for using the hand to squeeze and pull them or the penis. Tiny floggers are of course good too, especially the rubber and also the chain ones.

You can use brillo style pads or loufa pads for abrasion play on the sensitive areas. There's also vamp gloves with sharp nubs. You can make your own with dull thumb tacks and an old pair of gloves or even use the kind you groom dogs with for example as a milder version (there's also the scruffing gloves you bathe with too). There's a variety of things you can do with electrical play including using a remote controlled dog training unit attached to the cock and balls that can be set to various intensities when the button is pressed. There's ice, various balms (avoid the urethra with these), clothespins and much more that I could go on about such as humblers, CB-clamps/presses and tens units.

Don't play with the urethra, especially not insertables, unless you are prepared to sterilize before, after, and often! And only use sterilizable objects for insertion. (Read up on "dilation" or "sounds".)

You can experiment with (temporary, max 30 minutes) banding, the 1/2 inch wide two-inch diameter rubber bands (like they use on bundled snail mail), constricting the neck of the scrotum will limit blood flow to the balls, they get sensitive and then less…and then you take the band off and get the whole rush of returning blood flow (ow, yikes, OW!) to the region deprived of circulation.
