im new to this and im looking for advise on to how to find the perfect Mistress for my taining i seem to run into alot of pro doms, and thats what im not looking for!im looking for local who wants to enjoy this lifestyle and train me!

Concentrate on meeting a woman first and foremost. Take time to get to know her as a human being, not as a trainer. The rest will follow.
