Hello Collarchat, i just found out a girl im sleeping with is very much a Sub. Im not a natural Dom but so far i have been having a lot of fun acting as one. I would just like to know if there is any dos and donts in the D/s world. What i can do to keep her interested and anything else you think i should know.

well i cant seem to edit my post so ill have to add an introductory piece on the end.
Im definitely very vanilla and super straight in my sexual tendencies, the only time i ever kissed a guy is on E and i dont think i could deal with a bbg 3some that being said i am super open minded and doubt there is anything out there that i would look down on. Im only just opening up to the BDSM side of sex probably because i have only just found a sexual partner who is willing and enthusiastic. I am a performance artist and very fit. Not sure what else to say, but something about tying someone down and having m way with them just pushes all the right buttons.

Welcome...Read the boards...both General and Ask A Master...there are many ways to Dom someone and one does NOT have to be bisexual to enjoy BDSM. Enjoy your journey.

I agree with Califsue. There are mental and physical components to BDSM. Some of the mental stuff is nonnegotiable (e.g., a sub caring about her Dom's happiness and a Dom caring about his/her sub's wellbeing) but almost all the physical stuff is like a buffet - you select some, are ambivalent towards others, and say Hell NO for others.
