I am a big believer in living with gratitude, even in those darken days of life. I keep a gratitude journal next to my bed and must write at least 5 things I am grateful for. How about you?

only enough time for 2 i am grateful i have a job i am grateful i love my job, for the most part and that it fulfills a side of me that might not otherwise be fulfilled

Wow yes..[:D]I keep a GRATITUDE journal too.. and give them as gifts.. to sponsees in 12 Step Programs.. I draw and paint and write in them..and do whole pages..like on fresh water if you are not in a atitude of gratitude you are in one of grievance.. *and I have so much to be grateful for..* *TO DAY:* *my grandsons* *my children* *health* *fresh air* *water* *fruit* *peace in my home* *magpies calling* *lilac fragrance thru my window* *fresh rain* *my cat's friendship* *soft skin* GQ

I am grateful for my children, whom I love dearly. My job, which excites and challenges me every day. My friends who love me no matter what. 3 hots and a cot and a roof over our heads.

i LOVE threads like these.... i'm grateful for a kind, loving and gracious higher power. i'm grateful for honest, accountable and loving friends.. i'm grateful to have a man in my life who will support me, love me, protect me, and guide me. i'm grateful for my health. i'm grateful for my sobriety. i'm grateful for my sanity....Even though at times it is questionable. i'm grateful for a place to live...that it's a place where the Tickey Kitty and i can be together..and that it's a place where i get to see Him daily. i'm grateful for the ability to think...even if i need to work on not doing it so damned much. :P i'm grateful for the job i have...that it provides me with health insurance..that it pays me some money. i'm grateful for the relationship i have with Him. i'm grateful that i not only can love today but can be loved as well. i'm grateful that i have the ability today to stand up for what i believe to be right. i'm grateful that i have a sense of humor today..and the ability and willingness to laugh at myself as well as many other things. i'm grateful that i have the ability to be silly, and that He loves that part of me. i'm grateful that i have a good relaitonship with my sister's spawns today. i'm grateful that i do not live in the same town as my mom..... I am grateful for my parents I am grateful for my daughter I am grateful for my job I am grateful for my place I live in I am grateful that I have a best friend who cares.

One more day. I woke up. Oh- I paid the house payment yesterday. (with out bouncing a check!) ...ummm, I am grateful for my neighbors. Last night I prayed with my one neighbor. You have no idea how intense it was and still is as of this morning. :-)

I have 1 f/t & 1 p/t job when so many folks are losing theirs that I'll never bad mouth either. I am grateful that my UM doesnt have any problems due to the horrible genetics that both her ma and I have I am grateful that I live in a house, with a door that locks I am grateful that I have electricity, and clean water I am grateful that I have food I am grateful that I have found a wonderful woman, that is equally willing to put up with my rampant sex drive (In fact, she rather enjoys it) and the nightmares that persist to this day making longer than 2 hours of sleep at a time impossible I am grateful that I have a job starting soon I am grateful that I will be able to pay my bills I am VERY grateful to have the internet I am grateful that my own business may just get the kick-off that it needs I am more grateful than I can ever express for the acceptance and friendship that I have received here.
