I had no idea it was a competition but there we go. My impression was it was everyone according to his/her tastes and preferences, which span a wide variety of interests and activities that fall into the bdsm and occasionally also the fetish spectra. I also had no idea that I was meant to be living a life totally divorced from the realities of the world outside my own head in order to qualify to comment here or indeed participate in bdsm.
Because what you are talking is absolute fantasy, and if thats the game then there are plenty here that could beat you hands down. And this is why; no decent surgeon is going to risk his/her livelihood and reputation to accomplish such an unethical transformation as you describe - leaving you should you be serious with someone more akin to those who populate another profession handling knives with whom real pigs come frequently into contact. Which I'm afraid would then tend towards suggesting a level of delusion that is a danger to yourself, with commensurate measures becoming necessary for your own well being.
