Hello, I've been lurking here for a while and have enjoyed reading all the posts. First of all let me explain that although BDSM is something I've always been interested in, I'm not ready to pursue it yet. That's why I haven't filled out my profile. If I like it here I might explain more later.

I would appreciate the answers to some questions though. I've seen people here and elsewhere advertising "sex therapy." What does that mean? Also, why are there separate options for submissive and slave in the profiles?

Welcome. I have no idea on the 'sex therapy' question in your post. Use the search function and you will lots of threads debating the
difference between slave and submissive and I am sure why it is a selection is some folks identify themselves as slaves and other chose sub.
