Fitznicely -> RE: Why charge the unemployed for help with CV? (6/18/2009 5:50:28 AM)

I've heard their reasoning go a little like this: "It's an investment. Once your CV is all bright and shiny (meaning we'll reword it with corporate powerword combinations and blatantly lie about the little things, oh, and print it out in arial instead of Times...), you'll get a job, therefore getting the money back tenfold." It's all marketing bullshit of course. Just like the people who want you to send 'em £100 so they can process your win of £30million. Just go ahead and suggest they take the £100 out of your winnings... Kevin, why not reply to them and suggest that, if they're that good, they should work their magic on your CV and invoice you. You'll have 28 days to pay and obviously, if they're that good, you'll be working by then...
