How do I create a clickable link (in the sense of having a word link to the desired webpage rather than just the URL typed out) on here?

In the box where you type, post the words yo want - like MY WEBSITE - then highlight the words and then go to the icons and see the little icon with the world and a chain link? Click that and another box will appear that you can type the address into. Et voila!
