Now lets discuss the future.

You need the Following.

A LOCKING Filing Cabinet.
A Scanner.
A Model Release
A Legal Right to Content
A Notary Public.

If you want IRONCLAD here ya go.

When you have the LOCKING filing Cabinet..... KEEP IT LOCKED and try to Mount it to a Stud in the house, Pull out the Drawers and Use some Washers and a few Lags and MOUNT the sun-uv-a-bitch to wall.

Take the Scanner and SCAN THE DRIVERS LICENSE if they won't give it to you DON'T TAKE THE PICTURES. Print out the Copy of the Scanned Image and Save a Copy to a created drive on your PC. Have them SIGN The Model Release and the Legal Right to Content. Scan these into the PC as well and make copies for the Model.

Finally get YOUR copies of the Model Releases NOTARIZED as soon as you can and then FILE THEM in your Mounted cabinet.

This way you have a Notarized hard copy, and you have a digital copy. They have thier copy which basically says they have no rights to the images after they are taken and should they get all pissy later and try to take away your right to them you will have more than they can get access too.

I know some people have used their wives or sexual partners for content before and in my experience it always gets ugly. USE MODELS IF YOU CAN AFFORD IT.

Now Get back to taking Pictures you perv.

Spiteful or no, that isn't really for me to judge. She says that the sight of her tied up is incredibly painful for her... what the hell can I do? I still love her.

It seems to Me this was really your answer all along.  Sometimes, we have to be made to realize that we knew what we already knew.

Let's say it's somewhat likely that, when they moved out, they took all the photography consent forms with them.

I'm screwed, aren't I?

Get legal advice from lawyers. Find out what your recourse is if he stole your property, etc. etc. Asking legal advice here is amateur night at the Apollo, on your part.

FWIW, I will never use material I own, if the subject no longer agrees to my using it. Consent or no consent (an email suffices), who needs lawsuits. Or an irate boyfriend with a .357 Magnum. Use da grey cells.
