I didnt plan on having such a young submissive, but it just so happens I was extremely happy with the way he carried himself and the maturity level he has. Doesn´t bother me. Mistress is 5 years younger than me but her soul is at least 15 years older than mine. :) Also her experience, both life and bdsm casts a shadow over mine so I look up to her in both sense.

Your age is how long you've been on this Earth. No more and no less. As long as you're both adults, I don't see how it matters how old you are.

Age needn't be a factor. If you sense your Owner in a form, would be a pity you passed them up over something as trivial as mortal earthen age.

I don't think that makes you the odd person out. Most people have age preferences; I do too. But that doesn't mean I think my age preferences are right for everyone else--and I'm sure you don't think so, either. My house-boy is 52, my partner is 59, and my current lover is 46. I'd say I care about as much about age as I do for eye color, race, religion, etc. It makes of a part of their being, but it's not WHO they are defined as.

Given my age (63), it would be quite unlikely that i would find a Mistress of nearly equal age or older! <smile> Having said that, however, i concur with many of the posts here in that age is less a factor than how the minds work together. But i think that i might have some difficulty with a Mistress who is less than 30 -- primarily from cultural differences based upon ones background, tastes, and experiences. To echo another thread, it is always appropriate for one to state their age preferences. i have no difficulty with those for whom age or age range is an issue. One must be content with their choices to be successful in what they seek.

That's a wonderfully brought up point msub4Domme! I agree that people should openly state if they have preferences, or not for that matter. Just as my partner can often get turned down for his older age, I can get turned down for my younger age. I usually will not let out that number unless asked. Age-ism affects the young and the old! Hahahaaaa

Age itself, I think, does not matter so much as what others think of this age difference. So the question you should be asking is how much will others know and how much do you care?

Age only matters as much as the two people in the relationship say it matters. For myslef, in fantasy land Dominant women are several years younger or older than me while submissive women are my age or younger. In reality I have dated women of all ages, the most notablewas in the service when I dated a woman 20 years my senior (she was asian and I suspected she was older but missed the amoount).

The age difference doesn't matter to me, but I wouldn't have a sub older than 55 or so.. It's simply a security/ aesthetic / mental thing. If the sub were Black, he couldn't be more than 10-15 years older than me, otherwise I'd start thinkng of my father... Need I say 'eeww'?
