They know exactly what to do with their time. They live in third world shit holes. They have nothing, and they have very few opportunities of ever having anything. So they take their chances in internet cafes and attempt to scam lonely, dumb Westerners out of their money. It's not exactly something new. Lonely hearts scams are not something that started in Africa. We have plenty of homegrown gals and guys that are more than willing to rip someone off that is looking for love. BTW, this thread has been done to death here.
