Tried it, found it uncomfy and really a horrible feeling, not for me!

I used to love the Instead cups, and still use them now and then. But, that springy rim pressed against the bottom of my uterus and it gave me cramps where I had not had them before. Now my flow is so light I need little more than a panty liner most of the time.
