Well, it sounds feasible, there ARE a few issues to consider:
1. What if you aren't dead, but badly maimed or in a coma--does that not mean you are fake and have grossly oversold your intentions to indeed kick the bucket?
2. It might be advisable next to your medical information to have also your safewords written.
3. Now if you rise from this coma, I think you would be considered a fake as you didn't really expire OR the Dom could be seen as a fake because he only half killed you, thereby only had to half raise you--leaving the scene incomplete and you filled with subdrop.
4. If you do not expire, you could be seen as a bratty topping from the bottom submissive and be dismissed, half alive and all.
5. Now if he succeeds in this endeavor and you obey and expire being the true submissive who follows all commands, one needs to be sure that after that great climax he doesn't fall asleep and leave you wanting for too long or all bets are off.
6. So he stays awake, brings you back from the dead, you are now a zombie and everyone knows how damn strong willed they are, so collaring would not be a good idea as you'd never behave and well-- how does one punish a zombie? Talk about major masochists. [8|]
