I saw a similar article, but it's not necessarily related to the crash. The warning was for certain older cars' tendency to roll back. This crash was a case of a train stopped on the tracks waiting for another to clear the station ahead. A third train collided with the stopped one. Current theory from the NTSB is computer system failure, as the third train was in automatic mode.
