Not exactly Einstein, the bird is an African Grey which is the smartest breed of parrot when it comes to mimicry). My mother had one, and they are incredible at word (and situation) association. Also, after long association with a particular human, the bird may actually do a perfect impression of that person's voice.
My sister had a boyfriend that had a particular knock, whenever dad was home and he heard that knock he would say "I'll be goddamned!!" Well, Pepe (my mom's Grey) eventually got around to saying "I'll be goddamn is here!!!" In response to that particular knock.
Also, Pepe would loudly call out my name in my mom's voice whenever he heard the screen door opening. He had many other uncanny tricks but i can't think of any more at the moment.
