I am looking to start working at a Dungeon but cannot find any information on one in my area. If anyone knows any information it would be appreciated. I have 3+ years experience and I am very Dominant not to mention young and sexy.

Well R U looking to start a business or just doing it for personnel pleasure?? I don’t know of any in your area but the laws can be very strict for running a business like this. I would get a hold of your secretary of states office about business licensing and possible restrictions. You will probably need a biasness license, insurance and an entertainment license. (At least). You might also have to make it a pivot club situation. Depending on your state and local laws. If it is for personal use, you can do what you want, but be careful not to cross the line. Just some advise I’ve owned many business threw the years. If you need help with any of the paperwork or procedures let me know. Hope this helps, Rowan

Check out Philadelphia Magazine , there are a lot of ads in the back. There are also free rag newspapers on every corner in center city Philly with ads in them. You can start there.

greetings fine goddess
happy valentinesday!
i don't know,if you can do this but ,try advertizing ,for a personal-artist-studio,under commercial-spaces ,with 24/7 access
all included
its cheap and no one can tell you what to do with who ever you see,
if the rental agency asks;
you are an artist;
you may or may,not
sell your art;
you need to have privacy,in prime loca., to work.
its cheap;
you want to find an empty barber place idealy for full-faciltiies;
start with at least 400 sq feet ,or 375 ft sq min. approximately....
later.... go to city ,or town hall, and say ;you want to register a business name;
called:' a ficticiuos name application',for ,about $40 odd dollars, and make up a name, and put: type of business;
consult,
or investor advertizing ;
and collection,or sales....
make up a name;
lady divina company(ink.co. corp.;don't matter).
etc,etc
no taxes ,cause ;you dont make any-money; profits have to be so much money per year ,over your investment ;which is rent /yr+
furniture+/daily -clothes+/ads/+time ,that you pay yourself,or another;
so you never make any money,
or call it a "hobby"
/no money ever made ;no-profits,to report,for taxes;,w/ no profit ;it costs you(it's a loss,nothing,to report ;you did'nt make any money;) ,so no taxes have ,to be filed-period.

I'm sure as a pro of your experience, you already checked out maxfisch.com. But I will point out that the two "larger" dungeons in Philly ARE listed there, as are most of the independent Dommes.

hehe someone else who knows the ropes! lol

Usually a biz like that is a dba, and if you work a full time job you can actually use it for a deduction from you taxes for any money you stick into it for the first 5 years before yo uhave to report a profit, unless the laws have changed. but you still have to file taxes because the irs needs to see in writing that you did not make any money. i am pretty sure you can combine that biz with your real job so to speak. someone correct me if i am wrong.
