I'm not worried; the crazy fuckers make threats like that all the time. They've been making them for over half a century. I think they really believe they have some leverage because they have managed to detonate a couple of Hiroshima sized bombs. But of course, they don't.
With luck they might be able to get one or two small nukes off the ground. I suspect we'd be able to blow them out of the sky if they actually aimed them at the South Koreans, Japanese, or made a futile attempt to hit Alaska or Hawaii.
Now they do have the capability of launching a massive invasion of South Korea; they certainly have the manpower. In an invasion, they would cause a lot of death and destruction. But they wouldn't be able to endure a prolonged war. The Chinese aren't going to come marching across the border to help them this time. At least I don't think they would.
