I'm not sure what you mean......are you referring to scrotal saline infusions? Or prostate milking?

I'm thinking he is talking about prostate milking. Stick a ball with a needle and it won't be milk I don't think.

I have used a 18g needle on testicles before. Kind of exciting to see them squirt! You need to tie them up with something so they don't move around, use a good medical sterile product to clean the scrotum before poking with the needle, don't hit a vein and have a camera ready, it happens quick. The fluid that comes out is clear, not like cum at all.
