The comment was meant as a humilation tactic.  I would suggest getting your mind around this sooner rather than later if you have any thoughts of pressing charges.

Yes, it depends upon the relationship you have. Once consent is given to being owned human property then all rights like saying no are out of the window. Some like this and some regret it.

I often try to counsel people 'rushing' into M/s relationships to actually think about all the ramifications, but to be honest, I might as well bang my head on a wall. So many do regret it when they discover what the lifestyle or their Master is really like. It is not a life for the unprepared and faint hearted. Mind you, many of those who regret it, don't hang around, no matter that M/s is meant to be binding upon the slave. They just run for it.

The OP does not sound as though she was in an owner/slave relationship and so is maybe wise to think about what happened and consider calling the police.

Yeah, except for the fact that you cannot actually have legal human property.  No matter what their relationship is, the sub/slave/bottom always has the right to say "no".  However, that is only from the legal standpoint.

Go and reprot his ass, Press Charges and go to a Rape Crisis Center and look for a Group Setting meeting for Rape Counceling. Being around other women who have been raped should help you to come to terms with what ACTUALLY happened.

He essentially didn't give a rat's ass about you and forced himself on you even though you said "No."  Did you use a safeword?  Sometimes the actual word "No" isn't taken seriously in bdsm, & it's possible that He thought you didn't really mean it when you said it.  It's not that I think what He did was okay.  It WASN'T okay, but I'm just trying to see all sides, and a safeword might've made the "No" clearer in His mind.  But essentially he raped you, like DarkSteven said.

He raped you. Did you try to fight him off? Did you call the police? If not it maybe hard to prove he raped you. But regardless he DID rape you and that shows that not only is he NOT your boyfriend, but that he IS a sexual predator.

He implied he did not want to see you again? 
If it was not an aspect of your dynamic that he had the approval to do whatever with you, then I agree with the conceptualization of rape.  I am rather baffled, however, at him not wanting to see you rather than the other way around. 
It seems to me that you need to sort out what actually happened and then decide how to move forward from there.

Flatly incorrect. See...while each individual is free to choose their type of commitment and play-style, rights are not socially/ethically derived...they are legally afforded. And legal rights do not change based on any WIITWD pre-contract.

Any Dom/me would be keenly aware of this as it puts being in such a position a risk since legal precedent with rape would consistently side with the victim (particularly during expressed refusal to cooperate) regardless of relationship dynamic.
