(same time era as the Legion of Super-Heroes, though that group of time travelers is apparently separate from these) who notifies Superboy that a criminal known as Lorac-K7 has come back to his time to obtain cobalt to use in a cobalt bomb and is impersonating a citizen of Smallville. Edaw and Lorac are Wade and Carol spelled backwards...significance unknown.
