Welcome to CM, may you find what you're looking for.... there are a number of active communities in California, you don't specify whether you're in Northern California, Southern California, Central or where. Just as a suggestion, perhaps specifying which region you're in might help you. (I was born and raised in Northern California, Bay Area to be specific, so know the size of the state.)

That's making the massive assumption that people can read and COMPREHEND what the gauge is on a map. I've talked with people who think that San Francisco is only an hour from Los Angeles...
