Okay, just stop right here. I think it's pretty clear that you don't know much (if anything) about how BDSM works in the real world.

People who are not psychotic serial killers do not engage in types of BDSM play that are likely to cause permanent harm, damage or death to their submissives. I do not, personally, know of any psychotic serial killers in the BDSM scene, and if one popped up, I don't think that he or she would remain out of jail for terribly long.

In what universe do you live in that you imagine people regularly and consistently do unsafe BDSM play that is likely to result in death?

My guess is that it's probably going to be irrelevant for you anyway, because most dommes are going to take one look at your screen name and go, "Oh hells no" before insta-blocking you.

Actually, Iam, I've been quite surprised about the extent to which dominants will go to research their 'methods'. If they've been into using people's bodies in ways in which said bodies aren't specifically designed to be used, they've shown quite a concern to research carefully into health and safety aspects. You'll notice this in certain posts that talk about males' bodies. I often read these and think, "Wow. I didn't know I had one of those, and it could do this safely, but not that."

As long as you pick a dominant who isn't entirely stupid, or mad, you'll be at least physically safe - is my conclusion.

Not all Mistrtesses are sadists. And some of the ones who are might have more than one slave. She might take out her sadism on one slave and allow the other to be her errand boy or pedicure slave.

I'm just trying to figure out how needles result in death or "damage"...and most consensual bondage isn't going to result in anything other than being tied down.

Sorry reading the OP's list of stuff (as it's about the only thing in his profile) isn't just restricted to not "pain" but to most interesting things outside of that, other than being butt fucked (which just makes him typically focused on himself) and lets top it off with inconsistency given that his profile states he's good with needles and fire.
