Agrees with you LadyP, but wish youd put this in general BDSM.

I've had Doms send me the same sort of pic, they seem to get a bit annoyed when i ask if thats how they will be attired when we meet!!!!

Hmm. I'm not in the market for a sub, yet I seem to have had much the same experience with many dom profiles ( men who are quite patently not looking to be chained-up "dungeon meat" ). And now that I think of it, back when I was deluding myself into thinking I could be vanilla, I remember quite a few profiles like that on 'nilla sites, too.

I'm thinking it's a guy thing rather than a sub thing, albeit something this male isn't affected by....

Well, to be fair, I've never gone looking for women, so the ones who contact me on Collarme are usually just seeking platonic chat, in which case the picture has always been tasteful, or spammers, in which case the picture has usually not been tasteful, but was probably put up by a married male bank manager from Dakar anyhow. [:D]

There may have been just the teensiest smidgeon of sarkiness creeping unconsciously into what I said in my last, LP.  [;)]

I've seen a few shockingly hideous pics of women.  None sent to me - and none of anyone I've talked to by email or cmail, I should state loudly and clearly - but a few that I've seen on profiles.  I don't know how they've got past CM's censors. 

Nah.  In general, the pics that women do are generally more tasteful, I don't doubt.  However, what they sometimes write is a different matter.  I'll never forget seeing the profile text of a (very young) femdom who'd made it clear that she wanted pretty much to kill the male who'd be lucky enough to become her sub. 

I wrote to her, actually.  I said "Didn't I teach you at school at one time?"  I never got a reply.

I find pics of the person doing vanilla things they enjoy, to be more interesting and noticable, especially if it is one of my interests as well.
