The examples in the OP don't strike me as topping. *shrugs* It sounds more like funny come-backs to come-ons. I've done a few of those, myself, like telling the guy who drooled "I want your pussy" at me that mine was spoken for, to try the SPCA.

There are lots of people who say they can't *handle* being tied up, or taking *any* pain, even a little nibble, so they're "untoppable." Personally, I think they're a little wimpy. If they can deal with it just fine, but don't feel drawn to it, then it doesn't come across as being pathetic. Either way, I respect their limits, and everyone's entitled to them.

Bartleby the Scribner's classic "I would prefer not to" worked for him. And, is pretty effective in most situations since its pretty impossible to read it as an invitation to verbal combat like the more humorous, sarcastic responses. In my mind, being untoppable doesn't necessarily involve topping.

I usually go for verbal repartee when I don't understand something... and I still don't understand this thread I'm afraid. I don't generally understand how setting up a hypothetical situation (unless of the testable parametric type) can set a debate.
