I can't tell if its sun burn from mowing the lawn today or a right an proper case of 'drop'.

I feel hung over - that was even before the sun. Tired too but I slept got up mowed the lawn and am still tired. Kinda sick to my tummy, a tad more klutzy than usual.

Odd to think - but I'm going to toss something out and I want opinions.

When we are 21(or insert your crazy age) and drinking and dancing and doing those things we think are cool - and then we get up and do them again the next day - with no problem...
skip ahead we are now 35 or whatever age of enlightenment and we have the first three day hang over that makes us think twice about ever ingesting that cute sounding cocktail again...

is it the same with play...

When I started this I could play day after day - had minimum drop at all...
and now nine years later - I'm having a case of I need to touch - I need someone to put water in my hand and say drink...
make any sense?
thoughts?

My Sir tells me its adrenaline, estrogen and everything else emotionally I vest into our relationship.  It's worse after I see him . . .  call it subdrop if you wish.

No connection that I can analyze.

Our bodies get older whether we want to admit it or not.
My energy levels are up for 6hrs then I need a nap....hehehe...
but when I was 33, dang 72 hrs of f*in was not enough.

I think tho there might be a bit more of sub frenzy connected to years of submitting or lack there of and lack of good education as well as a sense of safety.

Yes, your ability to go without proper nutrition, hydration and rest will drop with age. If you know that you need to bring a bottle of water in order to have it available after play, do so. Bring a power bar and a blanket as well. And lay them out so all your partner needs to do is hand them to you.

I remember when I was in my 20's... I had a snow plowing business for several years. Many times each season I'd go three full days without sleep with little aftereffects. Now [ mid 60's] I have trouble going three hours straight without a nap!!

I don't know, maybe it's because I'm new and it didn't get really strenuous, but...I'll put it this way. I had to talk myself into letting him get some rest and I am no spring chicken.

A very good question and probably much credence to it as much as I hate to admit.  Not having been involved since my own crazy young age I have no basis for comparison, suffice to say my butt is probably grateful where my liver didn't get the same opportunity.
