In your case, try switching to organic foods and whole grain/wheat products. Usually you can get the best meat products at a Middle Eastern Store. The beef and goat are very well processed containing very little fat.

Keep drinking water, dump the synthetic diet drinks, and see about switching your coffee over to green and orange/red tea.

As for what's bothering you with fast food, you are more than likely just putting to much sugar/carbs into your body at a fast rate. It's possible that you are border line on being hypoglocemic. If you don't belive me, just see a Nutritionist.

I usually do eat the non-processed foods, of which I fix myself, and little meat stuffs. Which is why I think that the fast food bothers me. I know that sugared beverages make me hyper (more so than normal). Heehee a friend was surprised one night to find a bag of potato chips on the table in my house.

I have always held that there is no such thing as a diet, only lifestyle changes.

No Diet Coke???????? No Coffee????????????? Waaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!

Time to pull out the tea kettle and tea pot again.
