This topic is my favorite. I have been into ballbusting for 30+ years. I've had my balls kicked, stomped on, stood on (between a womans foot and hard surface), squeezed etc. I've fathered 4 children and had a vasectomy 2 years ago in which the Urologist said my balls showed no sign of any damage whatsoever. Almost every woman who has ever "busted" me has been an amateur and I have taken some hard kicks and even a full weight (120lbs) ball stand by an over eager gal. I've seen guys take incredibly hard kicks from gals wearing boots and even kicking with the toe of the boot. It all depends on the individual receiving the kicks as to how much they can take. Personally I like womens feet so barefoot is my preference which may be why I've never suffered more than a little swelling. Some guys can't even stand being lightly bumped in the balls. I also know that for most of the gals who have kicked me were hesitant at first but grew to enjoy kicking very much. When my wife stands on my balls I normally only use 1 ball at a time on the outside chance there is a rupture. There are guys out there who want to be castrated, to each his own. The bottom line is both parties have to be comfortable with doing something otherwise it's no fun. There are many gals out there who thoroughly enjoy crushing a guys nuts so these are the gals to get in touch with if you want your balls busted.

I was a medic in the Army and saw several people get testicular torsion and nearly lose testicles from much less. I don't believe letting someone kick you in the balls is a good idea.

The way I see it, there are risks in everything we choose to do in life. Personally, I have never heard of anybody getting permanent damage or any serious injury from ballbusting. Not that it does not or will not happen, its just facts. I have participated in ballbusting by a pro-dommes, lifestyle dommes, inexperienced gfs, and angry ex-gfs... My balls have never gone longer than an overnight of soreness. I understand that a man's testicles are sensitive and hurt a whole lot, but testicles are surprisingly very resilient. It takes A LOT of pressure to damage one, and it can very well happen. Ballbusting is a taboo and is not accepted among society and even in this lifestyle we love. But its funny to me how I have heard of more tragic stories involving an accidental face slap or whip to the eyes, head, and ears that causes some serious damage, yet most people have no ethical issue with it. I am a huge ballbusting fan, but I try no to be biased on any topic. Its a fetish to me and I would never put myself in a situation where I knew my balls would be in jeopardy... I mean I do have some good genes to pass on to my offspring someday!! ;) I'll continue to exercise my love for ballbusting, and if it doesn't suit you than don't do it. But its not necessary to be all whole and almighty and condemn what people enjoy. There are people that are into getting pissed, bloodied, and shitted on and thats def not my cup of tea and unsanitary, but hey that's them and not me, so I leave it alone and keep my 2 cents to myself because I have no idea what its all about. All I'm saying is that we should all be considerate, do our research, and form whatever opinions we might have on different topics. I'm cool with the warnings and dangers that people point out though, that's what should be done on message boards like these.

Ballbusting, in my experience, is something best done slowly. I have only had one boy who enjoyed it enough to beg for it. Most of the others turn a little green around the gills when it is mentioned, so I don't press the issue and stick to more traditional CBT with some ball 'popping' via spanking more than 'busting'.

When Wall-e and I get together, I tend to start with lighter kicks that are more like bouncing his balls on the top of my foot, or even just pressing my foot into his groin with short, sharp motions, then get progressively harder kicks until I get the proper response. Same with stepping on his penis. It's easier for me to stand on a table and let him place his member on the edge. I can lay my foot on his penis and apply pressure until I think he has had enough. Injuries occur when people think you can kick the family jewels like a foot ball. Not a good idea.

As to why the OP enjoys it? Who knows why any of us enjoy what we do? We just do.

I was thinking of this thread while I was with my new guy tonight. I think he was wishing that no one had reminded me that I enjoy the feeling of bouncing balls on my foot. I'm not sure which he hated worse... that or the Violet wand... but hands down, he REALLY hates the Wartenberg pinwheel. Why does it delight me so to find what they really hate?

A kick is WAY too fast, I prefer to slowly crush them under my bare foot , it seems to drag the pleasure out longer .
