you can be the quizack haderack all you want...personally, I'll be Myself and let U'sul Paul Muad'dib be the Qwizatz Haderach in his Dune universe.   Much more fun that way, and we don't have super-omnipotent people running around interfering in everyone else's affairs that way too...I rather like being able to think what I want and say what I want without there being someone to say you can't do that.

Watching that insanely hot and mindblowingly smart Jadzia come back with bruises and broken bones after having sex...oh yeah!  Fight, wrestle, force that woman down and MOUNT her forcefully, if you have to break her arm at least she will know you will stop at nothing to possess and take her.

I may be a dork for loving that but I will proudly be a dork for a woman like that.

Sir is very into TOSTS, i like DS9.  He has never suggested playing dress-up like that.  That would require being dressed, after all.

Hello folks,
I remember a scene in Dune where the icky man drinks the blood of some hunky young fellow.  I remember the first time I saw it thinking it was incredibly hot.  Now, not so much, but then, oh yes, the submission of it!

As for Star Trek, sigh.  I love me some Mr. Worf.  Ohhh dear.  yum on every level.  And Captain Picard when he quotes Shakespeare.  Oh golly.  Could we love him anymore?  He's swoony.  And Luoxanna Troi is quite a wonderful woman.  She is so full of passion and yet compassionate and kind.  I remember the episode where she teaches Worf's son to laugh.  "Ha.  Ha.  Ha." They are in a warm mud bath.  Sweet.

And then there was Deanna when she became a Romulan ... yum.

I always wanted the second in command of the Voyager to be more studly.  He was all tattooed and fierce inside, but it never really happened.  Oh well.  He was wonderfully intellectual and all. 

And didn't Will Riker once do a ritual foot washing with a woman on one of the episodes?  Something about one group were technological and cloned their people?  The others were farmers and they had to join the two races?  One woman, three men?  Something like that.....

It's official.  I'm a geek.  Nice to see I'm in good company.

This isn't very relevant but I figure it's kind of relevant.
I'm a bit of a writer, and i was describing to one of my friends/editor some of my BDSM examples (i.e. how i work it into the text without it being "Look! I'm being all shocking and forcing in a sex scene!"
As a result of that discussion, we now both have a thing about being pinned - either down or against a wall.

It's not Star Trek - but it's proof that fiction can influence your fetishes.

One only need to ask for a show of hands to realize there is an enormous SCA, Trek, Comicon, RPG, Cospaly, Anime, Sci-Fi/Fantasy Fic, Firefly, True Blood, Kink and BDSM overlap.  Hell, just think of Gor for cripesake.

Vaguely on topic, I was searching for my Dad's copy of Stranger in a Strange Land when I discovered his stash of Gallery, Oui and Penthouse Forum magazines.  I quite vividly recall the story I read about a man who loved to wear diapers.  I was waaaaaaay too young for such material.  It warped me forever.  I never did manage to find the Heinlein.

As to Star Trek, give me Lt. Uhura's bullet titties any day of the week.

And then there were those sexy dreams I used to have about Starbuck, Captain Apollo and Cpt. Wilma Deering - somehow, those tight poly costumes and big 80's Farrah hair were a powerful aphrodisiac.  Yes - Gallactica and Buck Rogers were such a terrible influence on me.
