We thank everyone thus far for their response. We will reply... there are some really cool people out there. We have no desire to insult anyone. What about the existence of a place where those of BDSM persuasion can go and holiday, isolated from the Vanilla and waited on hand and foot in accordance with their desires? A retreat from their normal existence were they need only to indulge and enjoy... explore and experience. What would the requirements be for such a place aside from the obvious dungeon?

I disagree with this as I know a good number of females who are very successful running their own business who do not have a sophisticated intellect but do have an excellent grasp of their business, goods and marked together with a good business acumen. I also know many other ladies who have a sophisticated intellect and unique ability and yet couldn't sell a ticket in a chook raffle in a pub.. Their forte` is socialization are various functions and help such events run smoothly.

On the off chance that the OP is talking about a Pro Domme type of business, as opposed to being hugely naieve or a male supremecist, Yes, such a business is possible, and from the Pro Dommes I have met, at least reasonably profitable. As far as I know, men, dominant or submissive don't charge for their services. There may be some who can, but I've yet to meet one. I suppose some women might be professional submissives too. Of course, it is most likely that the OP is just extremely naieve, so I'm wasting this post, but its out there now, just in case.

A retreat in a desirable location is a great starting place. Do you have private outside areas? Do you have a tolerant Mayor ? (they do find out) Do you have relative isolation ? (away from nosy neighbors) I have heard of a few hotel type retreats that just provide the facilities but let couples get on with there own thing or you could go full hog like OWK and have it as a submissive retreat (personally thats the one I would be going for). We have looked into this OWK type of retreat.... a sort of fantasy house where submissive (males mostly) would be very specific in their fantasy.... kidnap.... enslavement....pony....etc but when we worked out costs we came to the conclusion that the only way it could be really viable is to include a filming industry into it and that is something we didn't really want to do. If you have the money, the enthusiasm and the savvy for business then go for it. Good luck.
