We used to remodel houses, and sometimes had plaster and lath, whatever, in the garbage. One of the partners would take about fifty bucks out there on garbage day and take care of them, pretty much like buy them lunch or something like that. So you know why. Another one not to piss off is the mailman, for obvious reasons. T

Our trash is picked up by a pick up truck owned by the trash company. Gotta love small towns[:)]

When I was in college, someone parallel parked a car and took up 3 straight in spaces. We piled about 30 of those concrete parking bumpers around it like lincoln logs
