Hello Doms, subs, Masters, slaves, and every other designation one might acquire or invent. I am new to this site, though I have had a tremendous interest for many years in the lifestyle. I have never owned a slave, nor have I ever served as one. I am a Dom. I live in a small town with small town values and find it difficult to locate others nearby interested in such activities. I live in eastern North Carolina and I will be a regular here at collarme.com.

A little about myself: I am 28 and soon to be changing jobs. It is a state job and as such I will not be providing specifics. Suffice to say it involves handcuffs however and the manhandling of other human beings. I consider myself a restrained intellectual. I thoroughly enjoy learning, yet life has kept me from spending as much time pursuing those things I have wished to learn about. This constant restraint in my life is what I feel has brought me to understanding my nature. I feel insignificant and unfulfilled having no control over my life. I was fortunate enough to have an experience with an attractive young lady who, after a few awkward moments in the bedroom, made it clear that she wanted me to just take her and be cruel to her. It was a rush. To so overpower and claim a beautiful thing. I felt a happiness I had not felt in a long time. Afterwards I began exploring more deeply. I wasn't unaware of the Dom/sub lifestyle. I simply never thought of it as who I might be. The more I learned, the more curious I became.

I am new. I am unskilled and unpracticed. I seek education, resources, contacts and people to discuss it all with. That is why I joined this site. That is who I am.

Welcome to the forums Gromgor. Google 'munches' in your area and see if anything comes up. Munches are casual meet and greets for bdsm'ers and a great non-confronting way to meet others.

Also trawl through the various threads on here as there is a wealth of information.
