Does anybody have a bad dream they wish to share? I was naked, strapped to a table, as an evil outlaw motorcycle club took turns tattooing numbers on random areas of my skin, until eventually covering my body. The numbers represented a bet on how many beatings I could sustain until I stopped breathing.

ughhhh......Level....how can you even sleep at night any more? I'd be afraid to close my eyes after a nightmare like that....

Dreams are always very interesting slices into someone's mind. please, go on.. wikked chuckle There is a very good wy to get yourself out of the 'bad' dream state - and to calm you as well. Choose a favorite movie with a good soundtrack and a menu that is not annoying - let it run with remote easy to find if you wake up and it's waiting for PLAY. The deal is, your movie will soothe you back into restful sleep - your bad dreams chase you awake enough for you to hear the comforting sounds of your favorite movie and will fade as you remember what happened and who's saying what. I found I can sleep to Resident Evil.. and The Emperor's New Groove. What the BLEEP would be great, except I can't get used to the woman screaming herself awake. Boondock Saints Midsummer Night's Dream..total sleepy time ok.. what about your favorites? Always the best Diva~Zya
