Interesting points, which i agree with (although i have never really gotten into the vampire lore). Funny this topic came up as i was just journaling on some things, having to do with transfering contents of his body into mine via a connection. Symbolic too of being fed by my Master, as he also feeds my spirit. i do love the DNA bit...knowing he is in me, as though his cells are merging with mine....i know, to some it sounds hokey, but i feel closer to him during those moments. Sheesh it looks like i just answered my own question! Thanks for the prompt.

I never have intentionally made anyone cry, but have done so through my actions. When I see a woman crying, it always evokes one of two responses. Either disgust, or a overwhelming desire to comfort. Disgust comes in when someone is crying out of self-pity, or being a drama queen. I'm sure nearly everyone knows what I'm talking about. I really really really hate self-pity whiners be it man or woman.

Except in the most dramatic cases, like loss of children. But a man crying over a dog that just died, would make feel me very uncomfortable, whereas if a woman did it, well, it'd be cute, and I'd want to, you know. LOL

I've never heard of that before, and it sounds like me...

I heard it said once, that tears wash the windows of the soul so we may see more clearly.
Ever needed a good cry, just to release, ever refused to cry and just felt sick?
ever seen a sick sub that just needed to release.... see where this is going?

Crying is a healthy release, and sometimes, especially when in an enviroment where controll is such an issue, it may need to be forced.

And yes, it can be a turn on, to force a healing aspect like that is a power trip that has nothing to do with the sadistc side of making one cry.

When I had a Dom, and my grandmother past away, I was grieving of course.. but I couldn't cry and I knew I needed to.. so I asked him to flog me until I did.. we talked about it for awhile and he finally agreed that he would.. my oh my was that fantastic.. he got me to cry and then held me for about 2 hours until I was all out of tears.. since that time when I hit 'subspace' I start crying.. And tears of frustration.....delicious.
I do not think it is the tears themselves that are important, but rather they are a sign that the desired state has been reached, that the intensity is where I wanted it.

Status: offline 		       Just that early programming in how boys are supposed to treat girls I suppose.   The first time it happened, I felt I must have gone too far but we communicate a great deal and she absolutely did not feel that way.  I still get a twinge of guilt when we reach that place but I'm learning to channel that energy into providing good aftercare.

I had seen it in other people's scene, but never thought I would reach that point where I would break and cry.

Boy was I wrong.

Being a pain slut I thought I would enjoy the pain, he would enjoy spanking and flogging me, and we would get the best of both worlds. It was so much more than that.
