The RICO act?  Do you know anything about RICO?  Unless a websites mods are actively engaged in  scams or helping scammers, I don't think a webmaster can be charged under the RICO statutes. 


And even then, they'd have to prove that the site was built specifically to scam people to even charge a webmaster under the RICO statutes

Status: offline 		bear all i was trying to say was you can limit these events to minimal and I got jumped all over and attacked, they told me it can't be done... I'm saying it can be done.  It is just being plain Lazy as a webmaster to not take the steps to at least try an limit the events.

Yet these limiting these events only proves to be a band aid solution. As you stated yourself that you are a webmaster.... thus also know that anyone with even a minimal amount of computer knowledge will simply use another computer and create another user identity and continue on.

Status: offline 		no see my welcome here is wearing thin with bullies,  bullies on my site I commonly remove without compensation being return because it violates the TOS agreement and as I have no personally attacked anyone here this kind of TOS on my account would be a violation of agreement subject to a lawsuit.

because this site allows members as long as they follow the TOS agreement which i have logged the entire thread, it will clearly show i was attacked and never once directly attacked anyone.  So, If they wish to delete my account they must delete all of you as well, or subject to their own Tos rules and be held liable.  So in order to TOS me they have to TOS you as well and if they knowingly allow you back they must knowingly allow me back.  Per that fact that you caused the Disruption by attacking me.

I agree tulip.......Negro, is a neutral term, it's the slanderous comment which proceeded which makes the label Negro a negative connotation which is highly objectionable.
